Single Serving Premiere: Seamonster – Tiny Apocalypse (David Byrne Cover)

Seamonster

Our friend (and former Pairings Box artist) Seamonster has set off on a new project featuring a series of covers called “Music for People” which he’ll be releasing to fill in the gap between albums. The first installment in the series is a cover of David Byrne’s “Tiny Apocalypse” and, man, is it ever a good time. It’s a warm and sparkling take on the tune that retains the playful vibe of the original. Take a listen.

If you missed it before, don’t forget to check out his recent full length Baldessari from Gold Robot Records.
