Giveaway: Win a Copy of The Sprouted Kitchen!

September 4th, 2012

Remember when I told you about my friend Sara’s gorgeous new book? Well, before she had graciously sent me a copy (with the loveliest note tucked inside!), I had preordered the book and was eagerly awaiting its late August release. It feels appropriate to share my extra copy with one of our readers. I think you’d enjoy it as much as I have been.

To enter this giveaway, please leave a comment, telling us why you’d like to win. We’ll select a winner on Friday, September 7th. The announcement will be made on our Facebook page so be sure to Like us to see if you’ve won!

Oh. And I’m totally making this soon.

Great idea for a giveaway! I’ve been hearing literally every blog I follow talk about the SK Cookbook and would love to get my hands on a copy! : )

  • Nina

Ever since Sara announced the release of her cookbook over one and a half years ago, I was so looking forward to it and when the first previews started to appear on other blogs like yours and I saw the video they made, I got even much more excited! Everyone seemed to adore the cookbook and recipes sound so good. Your review was just lovely and the fact that you love the SK cookbook so much, is yet another reason why I need to have it! Since the book will not be released in Europe until October, it would be great to win! So I could also make the caulifower capellini soon… :)

  • Callie

Oh, please pick me! I want it because I’m a grad student who can’t afford new cookbooks, but cooking is my respite (something I make with my hands? that I can EAT? that my adviser doesn’t find fault with? AMAZING). I’m always looking for delicious and healthy recipes in the kitchen, and cookbooks are the only kind of books that I can accumulate without feeling guilty.

I would love to win the cookbook because after I found out I was allergic to white flour and processed sugar, it became really hard to cook. One can only eat so much salad and quinoa pasta. Once I found her blog, it really allowed me to start cooking interesting things again. The cookbook would be a great way to start of the school year, steering everyone away from more ramen.

  • Denise

Have yet to check out this gorgeous book. I love Sara’s site and recipes and imagine the book is just as delicious!

I am a vegetarian, and my husband is trying to cut down on gluten and sugar. Together, we’re trying to help our 2-yr old develop good eating habits and a love of good, healthy foods. Lately, though, we have been in a rut and cook the same 5 or so meals EVERY WEEK! We made a new bean salad last week — fairly simple — but because it was new, it was so exciting to us! We need more good, wholesome, tasty excitement in our kitchen!!! This book looks like the cure for our cooking rut!

  • Melody

  • Stephanie K

The reason I would like to win the Sprouted Kitchen cookbook is simple, I love the Sprouted Kitchen blog. I’ve been following Sara’s posts for a year now and love her cooking style. I haven’t yet bought the cookbook because of budget reasons and trying to prioritize purchases.
