Single Serving: Movement – Movement EP

Movement

Australian future-r&b trio Movement have recently piqued our interest with a series of beautifully textured jams that blend sultry vocals with entrancing EMD-inspired grooves. Those singles were released to promote their self-titled EP which just saw a worldwide release earlier this week. It was produced by Illangelo (who produced The Weeknd’s album) and you can hear the four-track extended player it it’s entirety right now by clicking play below. The Movement EP is soulful, beautifully warped, and engagingly enigmatic. If you’re only going to listen to one track from the album, let it be “Ivory.”

Record collectors take note: it’s available on wax from the Modular store (only 1200 copies were pressed worldwide) if you’re able to live with the international shipping rates (I did).
