    Could the pork chops marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours or should I stick to the 1-2 hours in the recipe?

  • To be honest, I’m not 100% sure. We didn’t test this one more than 2 hours. My gut says 24 hours is okay but I wouldn’t go over that. Typically up to 24 hours is okay unless the marinade is high in acids or alcohol – and this one isn’t really.
