TERMS OF SERVICE

1.Terms

By visiting, accessing and/or using this website, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service, applicable laws and/or regulations, and further agree that you are responsible for compliance with any and all applicable local laws. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use, you may not access, visit and/or use this website.

2. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, features and functionality, including, but not limited to, all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Turntable Kitchen and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3. Right To Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

4. Obligation to Provide Complete Purchase and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. In the event a payment for a subscription product is skipped or suspended by a third party site, such as PayPal, we have the right to attempt to reactivate the account and/or collect the unpaid balance.

5. International Shipping

By ordering goods from Turntable Kitchen destined to locations outside the United States, including European Union member states, you agree to be ultimately responsible for importing the products ordered by you into the destination European Union-member state and that you are solely responsible for the payment of any additional duties, excise taxes and/or other fees assessed on the shipment. You are responsible for obtaining, at your own risk and expense, any import license or other official authorization required by the country of importation. Likewise, you are solely responsible for carrying out all custom formalities for the import of any products your order from us.

Turntable Kitchen will use commercially reasonable efforts to arrange for the delivery of the Products to your location. However, you will bear all risk of loss of or damage to the Products from the point when the Products reach the country of importation.

6. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges for the same item are available for products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Refunds are available on all physical products until they have shipped. After they have shipped, refunds are available at Turntable Kitchen’s sole discretion and only within 30 days of your order. In the event you are granted a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Prohibited Uses

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You may not transmit any malware, viruses or any other code of an invasive, destructive, or disruptive nature. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the website, the server on which the website is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the website.

8. Termination of Services

A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

9. Limitations

In no event shall Turntable Kitchen be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website, even if Turntable Kitchen or a Turntable Kitchen authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

This includes links contained in advertisements, including banner advertisements and sponsored links. We have no control over the content of any of these websites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. We reserve the right o revise the Terms of service at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

13. Governing Law

THE VALIDITY, CONSTRUCTION, INTERPRETATION AND LEGAL EFFECT OF THIS TERMS OF SERVICE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON AND THE VENUE OF SAME SHALL BE THE APPLICABLE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS IN KING COUNTY IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Turntable Kitchen, its owners, employees, and interns, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
