Single Serving: The History of Apple Pie – Don’t You Wanna Be Mine?

There’s something about the dichotomy of gnarly, fuzz-drenched guitars against smoothly crooned female vocals in a pop song that pretty much always translates to awesome. For example, by blending reverb-soaked shoegaze guitar riffs with catchy Britpop hooks, London-based The History of Apple Pie demonstrate the power of a fuzzed out power pop jam on their latest single “Don’t You Wanna Be Mine?” Take a listen below.

The single will be released on October 14th and you can buy it on wax here.
