Early Father's Day Dinner Party

I’m getting ready to throw a pretty ambitious dinner party–for my dad. Since we’ll be camping in Big Sur next weekend, I suggested that my parents come up to the city and join Matt and I for a little dinner get together.

On the menu (at least this is my vision–not sure if all will pan out):

Thin Crust Pizza Margherita Appetizer
Red Snapper Ceviche
Light Salad greens with blackberries in Citrus Champagne Vinegar
Broiled Shrimp with Toasted Israeli Couscous

*Strawberry Tart (from scratch)

Over the course of this week, I think I’ve spent hours pouring over recipes and ideas, so it’s kind of a miracle I’ve actually got a menu. So many choices!
