Single Serving: Dylan LeBlanc – Pauper’s Field

20 year old Dylan LeBlanc is a Southern man raised as a boy at Muscle Shoals studio in Alabama and now spending his time between living in Louisiana and Tennessee.   And so it should come as no surprise that his lush debut album, Pauper’s Field, is steeped in the rich musical-history and temperament of the Southern soul.  Accompanied by tender instrumentation including melancholy violin, slide guitar, quietly plucked acoustic guitar, and the occasional banjo, LeBlanc’s gentle, weary voice sounds wise-beyond it’s years.  His tunes will appeal to fans of Ryan Adams and Neil Young.
