The Pains of Being Pure At Heart just turned in an unexpected cover of James’ “Laid” featuring vocals from A Sunny Day in Glasgow’s Jen Goma. I’m going to let the cover speak for itself. It’s pulled from a new EP titled EP that also features a track of the same name and a cover of Felt’s “Ballad of the Band.”
