Japandroids‘ Art Czar’s 7″ was released on Polyvinyl earlier this year and was quickly thought to have been sold out. Thankfully for those of us (including myself) who missed it, Polyvinyl recently discovered a few extra copies floating around. So why should you care? Well, the title track from the single “Art Czars” is an explosion of all things awesome. Featuring fiery, reverbating guitar riffs with a catchy, snarling hook (“Here’s your money back / here’s your punk rock back!”) — it is an infectious, punchy rock song that you’ll spin until the needle wears the record thin. Get it before it is really really gone.
