Salt Cathedral tackled a remix of Mikky Ekko‘s “Smile” and it’s safe to say the results are pretty special. Initially, their treatment spotlights the pretty piano & vocals composition of the original before imbuing the tune with a little extra weight courtesy of skittering bleeps, distorted harmonies, and some propulsive house-inspired rhythms.
