I’m about to make your day. Or, rather, LA-based r&b crooner Gallant is about to make your day – if you haven’t already heard his smooth jams yet. His latest single “Forfeit” was produced by Felix Snow and is so so necessary right now. Warped with just the right amount of tape hiss the mesmerizing groove is awash with warm ambiance and a thinly threaded rhythm to accompany him as he hums in a sultry whisper, “wanna love you / wanna touch you / let the tides move for you, baby / know you want to.” What more can I say?
