It is pretty neat when one great discovery leads to another. As you noticed, I’ve been really enjoying Blackbird Blackbird ever since I first heard him awhile back. And after reading his tumblr page, I discovered another great artist (thanks Mikey): Niva (formerly The Quietboy) is the moniker used by Stockholm, Sweden based electro-pop musician Christian Niva. He is prepping the official release of his latest EP entitled Feverish Dreams which should drop this summer. He has released a lovely remix of Blackbird Blackbird’s “Hawaii” that truly bumps, but even better is his dreamy original cut “Ghost In My Head” that unfolds like a a roll of silk bounding down a staircase.
