Dusty and arid, “Tropical Oceans” is the deceptively titled debut single from Australian sound-smith Oliver Hugh Perry who records under the moniker D.D Dumbo. The scorched psych-groove ambles along a weary, tribal rhythm as Perry balances choruses of ascending harmonies alongside steady narrative verses.
