Zaatar Pizza on Rosemary Crust: A Guest Post for Aida Mollenkamp

Today we are so thrilled to be guest posting on Aida Mollenkamp’s blog. I can still remember watching her on the Food Network, when I was still *learning* how to cook, so you can imagine how special it was when she asked me to share a Turntable Kitchen recipe with her readers. As big pizza lovers, we chose to share a recipe for one of our new favorite pizzas. It’s topped with a special Middle Eastern spice blend called Zaatar, which some of you may have received in your December Pairings Box (courtesy of Sami’s Kitchen). Hop on over to Aida’s site for the recipe, more pictures, and of course, the Musical Pairing. You can listen to the Musical Pairing over on the Turntable as well.

Thank you so much for having us, Aida!

How nice! This really is inspiring me to once and for all find a place nearby where I can score burrata. I had a burrata appetizer in Traverse City at this fantastic Italian place where the chef makes his own. Heaven!! Beautiful pizza!

Burrata is, in my opinion, as close to caviar as it gets. Not in texture or flavor, obviously, but it just feels so luxurious. I can only imagine how out-of-this-world good the one you tried was (the chef makes his own!!!)
