Oatmeal with Torched Bananas for With Style & Grace

I don’t know about you, but I’ve been treating myself right this holiday season. French Toast, cinnamon rolls, ginger molasses cookies…you know what I’m talking about! I’m not making any resolutions to stop eating sweets or anything, but I am looking forward to some healthier meals.

I’m a big believer in breakfast. I think it’s truly the most important meal of the day and sets the pace for your eating and energy levels.
