This one dropped a few weeks ago and has been getting a lot of play in my headphones. Dan Boeckner (Wolf Parade / Divine Fits / Handsome Furs) has partnered up with a new band called Operators for a brand new EP and tour with Future Islands. The driving synth-forward jam “True” is the album’s first single and it’s damn good (understatement). It’s a sludgy-synth dance floor groove with muscle. I think you’ll dig it.
