Los Angeles’ TV Girl have been releasing playfully whimsical, feel-good pop for the better part of 4 years now. In that time they’ve shared a slew of great 7″ singles and EPs, but surprisingly haven’t dropped an official debut record in that time. Until now that is. They recently unveiled French Exit – their first proper full length – and you can stream it in its entirety below.
If you don’t have time to spin the whole thing, the band recommends checking out the “bizarro-world hit single ‘Birds Dont Sing'” to get a small taste of what’s in store. I’d have to agree, it’s a good place to start.
