Oakland-based producer Shortcircles, a.k.a. Matthew Tammariello, is definitely one of the most promising new purveyors of blissed-out electronica that I’ve heard in some time. “All I Can Be For You” is the first single off of his forthcoming debut Between The Waves. The track is built on an airy and effervescent glide supported by light, bubbling mid-tempo beats and bright, chopped vocal samples. Chill? You bet.
